Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. When you place an order on our site, we manually push it through to the warehouse that will ship to you directly. If an item you’ve ordered is backordered or out of stock, we will reach out to you as soon as possible. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are widespread shipping delays that are out of our control. Please bear with us and we appreciate your support!

Returns & Store Credit

We are happy to issue store credit for any item returned within 14 days of receipt. The items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Email us at getintouch@bembrooklyn.com to initiate the return process.

Please note that there are certain items on our site that are not eligible for returns.
